The new middle school building for Muskegon Public Schools will include all bidding divisions and is considered new construction.
Bidding in early December, this $34 million three-story building will feature a masonry, steel, and precast structure. Site work will include utilities, parking lot redevelopment, and construction of a new track and artificial turf field. Work will commence in February 2022 with a substantial completion date in the summer of 2023. Christman Company is acting as the Construction Manager, with TowerPinkster listed as the Architect.
