How can I pay my invoice?

Invoices can be paid by calling our office at (616) 949-8650 with credit card information or mailing a check to PO Box 2031, Grand Rapids, MI 49501-2031.

How do I change my billing address?

To change your billing address, your company’s administrator should notify us via email and we will update our records.

Can I set up a payment plan?

Yes! Semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly payment arrangements are available towards your annual membership dues after the completion of a payment arrangement agreement.

How can I go paperless?
