How do I get added to a member account?
Simple! Fill out the Contact Us form and let us know that you belong to a member company and need to be added as a user. Our team will verify your information and send you login credentials to our members-only virtual planroom.
What is the cost to become a member of the Builders Exchange of Michigan?
This is dependant on quite a few factors, including the type of work you perform. Give us a call at (616) 949-8650 for pricing and we can help you choose the best membership level for your company.
How do I reset or change my password?
Our team can do this for you! Submit the Contact Us form asking for a password reset and we’ll get it taken care of for you right away.
How do I get information about a specific project?
If you’re a member and having trouble locating a project in our planroom, our membership team can help you find it! If you’re not a member, we’ll walk you through the options and membership levels to gain access to our member site.
Do you offer demos or free trials for companies considering membership?
We do! Please fill out the Free Demo form and we’ll get you on the calendar to walk you through our virtual planroom. Non-member trials are occasionally given on a case-by-case basis, so make sure to mention your needs to a membership representative.
How can I make changes to my company account?
Company account changes can be made through the Administration tab on our members-only site. Any changes requested through this tab are put into a queue that our membership team checks, verifies, and approves. You can also contact our membership team via the Contact Us form if these changes are time-sensitive.
