In addition, other efficiencies can be realized, such as; adequate utility infrastructure, safe navigation around other vehicles on hoists and the multitude of equipment/tool areas, adequate parking, indoor air quality and adequate ventilation for a comfortable work environment, backup power generation, properly sized parts room along with deliveries space, locker/changing area, fuel island, and energy-efficient.
Bidding in early March, this project has Progressive AE listed as the Architect.
