Safety Series 2: Silica Awareness

This course provides an overview of silica, including what it is, where it is commonly found, and why it poses a serious health risk. Participants will learn about the dangers of silica exposure, including long-term respiratory illnesses, and gain an understanding of OSHA requirements for controlling exposure, monitoring air quality, and implementing safe work practices.
