SUBSTANCE ABUSE RECOVERY APARTMENTS / Project ID 2022-12E7
This $21.4 million facility will consist of 72 total units. Bidding is planned for 2023 with construction to start in quarter 3 or 4 of 2023.
PHASE 1 AND 2 RENOVATIONS FOR A UNIVERSITY / Project ID’s 2022-1373 and 2022-1373-A
Phase 1 is estimated at $8 million and phase 2 is estimated at $5 million. The current building is 141,245 square feet and contains 70 classrooms, office space, and conference rooms. The scheduling for the project is still in the early planning stages and a design firm has not yet been selected.
NEW APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT / Project ID 2022-146F
This $17 million development is slated for construction in 2023. The development will provide 130 to 200 units. Each building will have 3-6 units, called fourplexes and townhouses, and each unit will have an attached garage.
NEW TOWNSHIP HALL / Project ID 2022-16D0
The cost of a new hall is estimated at approximately $5.5 million. Construction is not planned until 2024.
NEW BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CENTER / Project ID 2022-1732
The city planning commission is scheduled to review the site plans on June 1st. The new $5 million facility will have 6 individual treatment rooms, 2 crisis treatment rooms, a family treatment room, offices, waiting rooms, bathrooms, a conference room, reception area lobby, and a security office.
REDEVELOPMENT OF THREE BUILDINGS FOR OFFICE SPACE AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING / Project ID 2022-178B
The buildings are comprised of one- and two-story structures totaling 41,240 square feet. Plans for this $11.1 million project include renovation of both the interior and exterior of the buildings to accommodate 35,550 square feet of office space and twelve residential apartment units. The office space is intended to offer hybrid coworking and business incubator spaces.
SENIOR HOUSING APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT / Project ID 2022-12E4
This $21.3 million development will consist of 74 units. Bidding is planned for 2023 with construction to start in quarter 3 or 4 of 2023.
