SH: We are dedicated to developing healthier spaces and environments, fostering a circular design philosophy, and enhancing rather than inhibiting our future well-being.
BX: What are your short-term goals? What about long-term goals?
SH: I strive to be a valued source for designers, architects, contractors, and owners. My goal is for them to benefit from my knowledge and diverse product portfolio. Long term, I aim to increase the collective knowledge in our industry and provide a more readily available supply of innovative and breakthrough materials.
BX: What are your company’s biggest strengths?
SH: We offer an expansive portfolio of products. Each has its own nuances and unique attributes. Each product helps perpetuate our mission of creating a regenerative building community.
BX: What challenges have you faced in the past year and how did you overcome them?
SH: It was a challenging adjustment, with respect to both how we engage and also its impact on demand for our products. As the year ensued, we regrouped, focused more on social media and digital marketing, and expanded our portfolio. We’re anticipating a recovery – one that hopefully entails a redoubled emphasis on our environment.

SH: My membership has allowed me to substantially expand my reach to prospective clients, and helped to hone my communication strategy and target my messaging.
